Excellent tour in the tropical south of India
A busy and interesting tour which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Most Inspirational Moment
It was all inspirational. There were such a variety of experiences and activities on this trip.
Thoughts on Group Leader
He was excellent. Afshar enriched the groups experience of India by his thorough knowledge and enthusiasm for his country. He was patient and caring. I felt safe and looked after. He suggested other activities to do in the small amount of spare time we had and organised any transport etc. He also had a great sense of humour.
Advice for Potential Travellers
Just do everything. You will love it.

The Mekong Delta was amazing
The food was exceptional!
Thoughts on Group Leader
Courteous, calm and knowledgeable
Advice for Potential Travellers
Definitely bring a sheet sleeping bag for the 'first class' train trip. It is just as you would expect in S.E.Asia.
Be prepared for the traffic which is constant and watch carefully how the locals cross the road, zebra crossings are not zebra crossing here. I would recommend this holiday for 8 plus, there is a lot of long journeys with this trip and I would think carefully before bringing a five year old.

Tour de Mont Blanc
The best trip of my life, the scenery was stunning and the group members were brilliant.
Most Inspirational Moment
Getting to the top if the Brevent.
Thoughts on Group Leader
Frank was absolutely brilliant, he engaged with the group well and set a good pace. He was always kind and calm and was mindful of all group members. A total star.
Advice for Potential Travellers
Make sure you are fit so you can enjoy all the walking, there are a few very steep ascents that could take you by surprise.

Inca Trails - The Moonstone Route
The Moonstone Route was higher & more remote compared to the conventional Inca Trail – this meant I travelled solo with a local guide, a chef & two horseman – the mountains quite literally belonged to us & I was on several occasions over-whelmed by the majesty of the scenery
Unspoiled & solitary, whilst the journey was a challenge, the experience was relaxing – I felt safe & secure throughout
Most Inspirational Moment
The ability to walk for an entire day & to not meet with another traveller was unique - our small crew seemingly owned the mountains for as far as we could see - yet each morning we were greeted by new 'friends' - the local farm dogs who had come to visit & to guide us on our way
Thoughts on Group Leader
Excellent
Advice for Potential Travellers
You will need walking poles
You will need a 4 season sleeping bag & liner

The High Inca Trail
A brilliant trip all round with something for everyone. Incredible views, varied trekking and plenty to learn along the way. You will fall in love with Peru on this trip, I know I have and can’t wait to go back. Another awesome Exodus adventure 🙂
Most Inspirational Moment
Reaching the pass at 5000m and looking across at Mount Salcantay was incredible and worth the slog to the top. Another highlight for me was reaching Macchu Picchu via the sun gate at about 4pm, it really felt like we had earned that view after 7 days walking and it was fantastic to arrive at that time of day when it was far quieter.
Thoughts on Group Leader
Tomas was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge, enthusiasm and sense of fun made the trip.
Advice for Potential Travellers
Don't underestimate how much the temperature can vary on a daily basis. Pack layers and bug spray, plenty of bug spray!

Mont Blanc to the Matterhorn
This was my first ever trek so I was anxious at first. I quickly settled in to the group and found the trek a great adventure and experience. The guide we had was excellent in terms of gaging the groups abilities and leading us. The support member of staff was also relaible and provided a good service. It was a hard trek at times but very rewarding. I am already looking to plan my next trip with Exodus!
Most Inspirational Moment
The groups support for each other. I can't name one moment as there were many. Everyone had different strengths and abilities and were able to inspire each other at different times.
Thoughts on Group Leader
Excellent. Very knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. He was a great leader and I had every confidence in him.
Advice for Potential Travellers

fantastic trip – really loved the cycling and felt I saw a lot of South East Asia a lot of other people haven’t. Don’t be put off by the cycling – it’s not as hard as it looks on paper and it’s a great experience!

Essential Peru
What a wonderful trip that really did capture the essential elements of South Peru. Managed to fit in so much stuff but didn’t feel too rushed. There was a lot of time on the coach but that was to be expected, due to the size of the country.
Had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it!
Most Inspirational Moment
There were many but the one that stands out in my mind was the sun gate at Macchu Picchu.
Thoughts on Group Leader
Lovely group of people and Leo our guide was great, as we frequently said we aren't sure what we would do without him.
Advice for Potential Travellers
Bring around £500 spending money. But also budget or tips and drinking water as well as eating out (which you will do for lunch and dinner on most days). Learn a few key phrases and do a bit of research on the places you will visit during the trip. Pack a rang of clothing, as the tempt ire can be very hot in the day and cold at night (layers are good) and a big enough day bag around 17 letters for water etc.

A Taste of The Baltics
This was a fast paced tour of the three Baltic countries, starting off from Estonia and ending in Lithuania. All three were very interesting countries and much different than I had imagined.
Everything worked smoothly and there was never a dull moment.
Most Inspirational Moment
The walking tour of Riga, Latvia was excellent as it is architecturally a very nice city. Some of us went on a canal boat trip which is a must-do. Not only do you pass through a tranquil park but you get on the big river and pass under massive bridges.
Thoughts on Group Leader
Our tour leader Jolita Auglyte was a rather bubbly Lithuanian who was quite knowledgeable. She had good organisational capabilities and kept the group of twenty together. She took us to very nice restaurants and was always at hand when required.
Some of us came to like her very much.
Advice for Potential Travellers
Rain gear is a must!
Euros are the best currency. Don't waste time trying to change Sterling Pounds.
Atms are everywhere and easy to work as they are bilingual.

Cycling along the country lanes past paddy fields and Palm trees and villagers waving from their homes.

Suresh was great leader. He was always on the phone organising meals, hotels etc so our trip ran well. He is very proud of his country aNd put a lot into the trip to make sure we all enjoyed the trip and his country.
