Exodus Travel Insurance
It is a condition of joining any of our holidays that you must be insured against medical and personal accident risks (to include repatriation costs, air ambulance and helicopter rescue services). We also strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
Our insurance policy is designed specifically to cover the potential risks on our holidays, and you should be aware that some policies do not include, or restrict, cover for this type of travel. If you do not take our policy, you must ensure that the policy you do take provides an equivalent level of protection and covers you for the activities involved.
You must carry proof of insurance (e.g. your insurance certificate) with you on the holiday; if you cannot provide this at the start of the holiday, you will be required to take out a suitable policy at that time. If this is not done or impossible for practical reasons, then you will not be allowed to continue with your trip and will not be entitled to any refund for services not provided.

Medical Exclusions
Cover is excluded for any pre existing medical condition. If in doubt call our medical helpline, in confidence, on (+44) 0870 906 3140. It is a condition of our insurance that your trip is not booked or commenced;
a. contrary to medical advice or to obtain medical treatment
b. if you are suffering from any medical condition or symptoms which are awaiting or receiving investigation, treatment, tests referral or review or the results of any of these.
c. if you are aware of any reason why your travel may be cancelled or curtailed.

NB: If you live outside Europe you must book Worldwide Insurance, even if going on a European tour.
Child reduction - Single trip premiums are reduced by 50% for children aged 18 years or less at time of booking, if travelling with an adult insured under this scheme.

Annual Multi Trip Insurance For EU Residents
- Worldwide cover.
- Covers many types of adventurous activities - for example scuba diving (see exclusion relating to non brochured, independently arranged activities).
- Includes 4 weeks winter sports cover at no additional charge
- Up to ten weeks for any single journey.
- No advance notice of travel required.
- One single certificate covers your travel insurance needs for an entire year, allowing any number of trips.
- Available to anyone resident in Europe during duration of the policy.

Children 18 and under travel FREE on this policy
Special rate for Couples - a special per couple rate representing a discount on the standard individual rate (defined as 2 adults whether married or have been permanently resident together for at least 6 months) The Partner is also covered if travelling indepentently.
Children age up to and including 18 FREE - up to 4 children aged 18 years or less at time of booking can go free and are covered to travel independently e.g. on school trips. Children must be named on the policy and reside permanently with a parent who is an insured person.
NB: Not available for persons aged 66 and over
Multi Trip Insurance cover is for any trip/destination outside of the UK and cover within the UK as long it has a minimum two nights pre-booked accommodation included.
Please note that Annual Insurance cover is not available for persons aged 66 and over.
The above premiums include UK Insurance Premium Tax at a rate of 17.5%.
Any amendments to your Travel Insurance made more than 14 days after the certificate has been issued will incur a £10 administration fee, plus or minus the appropriate premium adjustment.
