TPH - Huayhuash Circuit
Hi David,
I am booked on this trip. Are you travelling alone or with friends? I will be on my own.
Cheers,
Simone
PS: Anyone else travelling on this date?
Hiya,
I'll be joining you all in Lima. Looking forward to a great trip.
Regards,
Tim
Tim,
I am also joining in Lima.
Who are you flying with? I am with TAM (flying from LHR via Sao Paulo).
Cheers, Simone
Hi guys. I am travelling on my own with Iberia via Madrid( booked with Exodus)
i heard there were nine on the trip when i booked in March and were all individuals.
anyone else on the iberia flight
I booked in late April so there should be at least 10 people...
Looking around for maps I found two that look reasonable:
http://www.stanfords.co.uk/stock/cordillera-huayhuash-18312/
http://www.stanfords.co.uk/stock/cordillera-huayhuash-111919/
If any of you own one of these maps, could you tell me which one and if you like it?
The second map seems to "look' better, but to contain less information on the terrain. What do you think? I'd like to buy one before leaving.
Cheers, Simone
Hi Simone,
I'm flying with Iberia on the 24th so I've got a couple of days to explore Lima before joining the Trek.
Tim
Hi David, Tim & Simone,
I'm travelling with KLM via Amsterdam to Lima. Looking forward to meeting you all.
Richard
Hi Guys
I'm booked on the same KLM flight as Richard via Amsterdam.
Any news yet on which is the best map to get?
Sooo looking forward to the trek.
Debs
Despite the informatio on Stanfords site, the map from Alpine Mapping Guild is at a lower scale (1:65000 as opposed to 1:50000), plus this one seems to have more information on the terrain (such as cliffs).
If someone buys the other map, I'd be curious to compare them.
