Cuba Salsa - anyone else out there booked on this?

I'm booked on the above trip in April with my husband and two children.  We are all looking forward to having lots of adventures and I'm trying to learn a bit of spanish before we go.  I'm dreading packing and there is a lot I want to take (things the kids can give to children they meet) but know that we are moving around a lot and the little luggage we take the easier it will be.  Let me know what you are looking forward to.  Has anyone out there been on this trip and has any advice?  If the rep is reading this - is there anything they would like brought over (charcoal pills, beans, marmite?)
