Me and my husband are going on the 25th April. Hope you have a great time. I have been to Egypt twice before but never like this. It is a fabulous place and this way you get to see a lot. I have heard that it is a good idea to take Acidophilus before and during the trip. You can get it from the health food shop and gets some good bacteria into the stomach. Sachets of diaralite in your water also help to keep you hydrated and avoid stomach problems.
