Trip - TYU - KILIMANJARO - LEMOSHO ROUTE AND SAFARI, Departure Date - Thursday 4th February 2010

Hi Ivan,

My partner, Helena, and I are are on this trip. Really looking forward to going back to Tanzania again (I went in 1997). It's certainly going to be warmer than the recent weather in the UK!! Up here in the forzen north we had temperatures of -18!

Just sorting last minute things before we go, but pretty much sorted! Are you all ready for the trip?

Kili 3 Feb - going via Amsterdam - 27th Jan 2010 - 7:47pm

We did look at going via Amsterdam but decided on going via London and booked the group flights independently through Trailfinders. One more flight than going via Amsterdam but we can sleep on the overnight flight to Nairobi! I guess you will be there on 3 Feb as, if I recall, the KLM flight is during the day and you will have had a comfortable night in Tanzania by the time we arrive on 4 Feb!

We are also going off to Zanzibar independently at the end of the trip for some R&R!

Really looking forward to getting there and meeting the rest of the 'gang'!
