Hi, I'm afraid that the weather here in Wales isn't allowing me to do any cycling at present and I don't use a gym so I guess my legs and arse (excuse the language) will suffer a bit for the first days. I hope the sunshine and warmth will help lessen any pain.

Same lack of preparation here. Margaret is running through the snow while singing jolly Spanish songs. I am nursing my fragile knee, polishing my new saddle and stumbling through basic Spanish. I am sure a bit of Sun will heal all ills.
