Fantastic trip expect all weathers from cold and wet to very warm. Its tough but worth it. Camping is good but expect hard ground to pitch tent on not grass. It’s a trip that you will talk about for a long time. So many different experiences.

It may ooze Western culture – a trait that has earnt it the nickname ‘Cowtown’ – but in recent years it has become a dynamic, engaging city.
On Calgary tours, you can visit contemporary galleries, mooch around independent shops, and sample the thriving nightlife. Must-dos include stopping by Canada Olympic Park, which was the cornerstone of the 1988 Winter Olympics, and daring to whizz down the 500m-long zip line from the Olympic ski jump tower.

The hikes were fabulous and the itinerary was ideal. 3 nights in each place meant you got to see a lot in each area and there wasn’t too much driving. The focus was on the hiking and the views and seeing the best of each area. This trip enabled us to see the best spots while at the same time getting off the beaten track. Would highly recommend this trip, well worth it.
