Following severe disruption in 2021-22 during the COVID pandemic, we are happy to now be able to operate our trips on a normal basis.  At Exodus, we understand that for many, COVID remains something to be aware of when making travel plans, and while overseas. We have, therefore, put in place a simple three-point guide to give you that added peace of mind. Wherever you wish to travel, rest assured that you’re in safe hands throughout your adventure with us.

• You will receive a guaranteed refund if we have to cancel your trip for any reason (in accordance with your Statutory rights).
• Up to 21 days before departure you can transfer to another trip free-of-charge for any reason (excluding international flights, and any non-refundable in-destination costs). *Please note on our self-guided range of holidays you can make changes free-of-charge up to 31 days before travel. • Up to 42 days before departure you can cancel free-of-charge and we’ll refund the balance, and hold the deposit for you to use towards a new booking made within 12 months (excluding international flights, and any non-refundable in-destination costs – view full booking conditions for details).
• Your funds have full financial protection through either our ABTA bonding or ATOL membership.
• We also offer a hassle-free flight booking service for all UK customers, including enhanced flexibility options where available.
