Exodus welcomes solo travellers on all our adult holidays; in fact, approximately 50% of our travellers go it alone. And unlike many companies, we never impose single supplements on any of our group tours. As default, we’ll room you with another person of the same gender, or if you prefer your own space you can choose a single room at extra cost – it’s up to you.

First time travelling solo?

If this is your first solo travel experience, then do not worry. Many solo travellers choose an Exodus holiday because you’re guaranteed a small group experience with like-minded travellers. Although we’re not a singles holiday company, we almost never have a group that only has one solo traveller – most comprise a good mix of solos, couples, and friends travelling together. And if you’re worried about safety, then an organised tour for solos can be helpful – our experienced guides and small group approach is one of the easiest ways to stay and feel totally safe when travelling alone, leaving you free to relax.
