Visiting Samui: What are your tips? And some questions of my own

I'm getting ready to visit Thailand. I will start in BKK, but everything is already planned and figured out with that city. My next destination is Koh Samui, and even though I've planned many things, I still need to keep doing so, and furthermore, I'd like to get your tips and if you could answer some questions of mine.

First, these are the places I want to visit and things I want to do in Koh Samui:

Take a tour to the Ang Thong Marine Park, it looks fabulous from what I have seen online and I definitively want to live the experience my self.

Explore the best beaches of the island. So far now, I've been hooked with Bophut, Lipa Noi, Silver Beach Chaweng and Lamai.

I also want to visit Koh Tao, it looks so amazing!

The secret buddha garden is also in my list.

And of course, I also want to visit the temples and monuments of Samui: the big buddha, wat plai laem, etc.

I'm also looking for a gym, because I will stay here for a while, around 3 weeks, because this trip to Thailand is mainly for chilling and relaxing, so I want to stay in this beautiful island for a while, but I also want to work out: what gym would you recommend to me?

Also, what restaurants are your favorite? I'd like a place that serves both international and Thai food, and please, suggest me several :p

Finally, what are your favorite clubs? I won't be going out every evening, but I definitively want to experience the nightlife scene a little.

That's all, I hope you can help me, thanks!

Edit:

I need to search more on my own, and fortunately, I've come up with some answers for my questions. I still want to know what you have to suggest guys, but I will add them here to keep track:

Gym:

I'm looking for something that has excellent equipment and a large variety of classes, and fortunately, I've found something that comes very close to what I want and it is Koh Fit Thailand. I'm still on my search for other options, but so far now, they meet my requirements and the place looks pretty good.

Restaurants:

So far now, I've been recommended to visit the following restaurants: Supattra Thai Dining, Tree Tops, 2 Fishes Samui and Red Snapper. They look pretty good and the reviews are encouraging, so I'm adding them to my list.

Clubs:

I've been reading about Full Moon parties, and I will be on time for one of them, so I will assist and experience it myself. Apart of that, I also have found a list of must-go places in Samui during the evening: Ark Bar, Bar Solo, Sound Club and Super Sub Club.
