Travel Photography is a passion at Exodus
On most Exodus holidays there are fantastic opportunities to get behind the lens of your camera and take those dream shots. Our style of travel means that you're up early, enjoying the best light of the day as the sun rises and sets. We have award-winning photographers in the office to provide advice pre trip, and also run a number of specialist dedicated travel photography holidays.
Special Photographic Departures with Sue Bishop
Sue Bishop is a renowned photographer specialising in flower and landscape photography. For the third year running, we are delighted she will be a leadinganother Exodus photographic departure. She's been seen snapping Madeira's wild flowers, Andalucia's agricultural vistas, Iceland's lunar landscapes and venturing up into the Himalayas for some high altitude photography. Fancy joining her?
Ethiopia: Simien Mountains Trek - Special departure 02 November 2014
USA - Sue will be also leading three trips for our sister company: Grand American Adventures.
Bears in the Alaskan Wilderness
A definitive wilderness expedition into the heart of Katmai National Park, following in the footsteps of the BBC's Great Bear Stakeout. With over 3,500 resident Coastal Brown bears, and plenty of daylight during the summer months, encounters are rarely in short supply. Led by an expert naturalist and wildlife photographer, days will be spent hiking, observing and photographing the bears at close range during the mating season or fabled salmon run.

Kenya Photographic Safari - Trip code: AYX (led by Paul Goldstein)
Fabulous migration wildlife and plenty of time allowed for photography on the plains of East Africa. This safari embodies all of those fantastic images and does it in superb style - a classic safari in a classic destination. When you only have a relatively short time in Kenya it is essential to maximize it in the reserves and not waste time travelling all over the country.
See the Big Cat Diary news pages from 2009 safari trips led by Paul.
Spitsbergen in Depth - Trip code: PND
Spitsbergen in Depth - Exclusive Exodus Photographic Charter: 13 June 2014 (12 June 2014 from London)
Led by Paul Goldstein, this is the only Spitsbergen Photographic Charter we will be running in 2013; it promises to be very exciting. Throughout the voyage binoculars and scopes are permanently on the lookout for walrus, foxes, birds and particularly Polar bears. Paul has guided the Svalbard Archipelago many times and intends to maximise every moment of the 24-hour daylight. He is fascinated by Polar bears and intends to work every moment to ensure this expedition is special in this respect. Reservations on request.
