The Okavango River is the third largest in Africa. Unlike most rivers, the Okavango does not end at the sea: it has created the largest inland delta in the world in the heart of Botswana. The best way to appreciate the beauty of this unique habitat is to travel by mokoro (dugout canoe) and spot the countless species of game and birds that reside here.
