Anyone else booked yet?

We've just bitten the bullet and booked our first family adventure with Exodus, although we have travelled with them before, without a child. If anyone else is thinking of booking or has booked leave a message here.

I'm a bit confused.  We are going on the Pandas and Warriors family adventure but we depart London on 13th August.  Is this the same trip as you?

Yes you are right, we are going on the 13th, I can't seem to change the original post. We are a family of three with one son aged 8. I am sending visas off tomorrow, after a night of form filling.

Hi Stuart & fanily,

Hope you managed to sort out your visas.  We are a family of four with two daughters, a little older than your son, Gwynnie is 12 and Ursula is 14. We look forward to meeting you in August - good luck with the packing and organisation.

Dear Lynn

I note that the trip is now fully booked, so there must be at least another three or four other families out there that have not joined in our thread. I see that our guide is Vivian Wong, who looks as though he may have travelled with Exodus before, as he has left a couple of comments elsewhere on the website (unless it is a coincidence). I have reserved our seats on Emirates recently, which was straightforward. We fly from Gatwick, are you?. In the other threads on Pandas and Warriors, the hotels we are staying in are listed and I have researched them on that well known trip review site, and they look ok. Jo, Lewis and I are counting down the days!

Regards Stuart

Hello Lynn and Stuart

We are booked on this trip too. We are a family of four. Our two boys, Austin and Kit are 7 and 10. We have our own flights booked and so will meet you at the hotel on 14th.

 See you then.

 Jo and Sandy

Hello Jo, Sandy and boys

Welcome to our tour thread. It's good to know that Lewis will have some boys, roughly his own age on the trip, it may well pay dividends on the Great Wall and elsewhere. I am sure he will get on fine with Austin and Kit. We are considering attempting Disney in Hong Kong, but it depends on how tired we all are.

Hopefully the other two or three families out there will also leave a note or two on this thread as it would be nice to make contact.

See you at the Dong Fang

Regards Stuart

Hello Everyone,

We are travelling from Heathrow - so see you all in Beijing.

Lynn, Jon, Ursy and Gwynnie
