Cycling in vietnam

Hello fellow adventurers. I am travelling with exodus for the first time in November 2009 and am excited about the pending cycling in Vietnam. I would like to touch base with my fellow cyclist and chat about  the trip. has anyone done this before or know someone who has done it?.  I have a dream to cycle abroad and Vietnam was on my wishlist of places to see. I have made many friends on previous group holidays and want to make this equally a friendly adventure.

Hello we did the trip last year in September - it was a fabulous holiday - everything was so well organised, I was so impressed with the tour.  The hotels were fabulous, the food out of this world - we ate like kings and so cheap.  The support vehicle was excellent and the staff.  You'd cycle for about 1 hour and then regroup and the bus and support vehicle would be waiting for you with something to eat and drink.  Cycling through all the little villages and along country roads, it was very special.  I cannot say there was one thing we did not enjoy on this trip - highly recommended.  We loved it so much at we are doing Cycling Cuba on 8 November also with Exodus.  We met a lovely couple from Scotland on our Vietnam trip and they are joining us in Cuba.  Let us know how it goes.  Kind regards Alison

Really excited now. But a bit nervous about the cycling. Although we've been on a few Exodus holidays this is the first one cycling so i hope my legs can take the pace! Weather report says 30 degrees in Saigon. :)
