Gary1975

I am also v excited at just the prospect of booking a date.  I am currently deciding whether to depart on the 2nd or 7th September 2011 so have enquired about the groups for each trip, being a solo traveller it is always nice to know and maybe a determining factor.

I can't believe it but the flights for this date are not available so I have to change my dates.

Hi fellow travellers

Jackie and Greg here.  We have booked this trip as two of our dear friends Dave and Carol are also on the same trip.  They are seasoned Exodus travellers,  this is our third trip with Exodus.  Really looking forward to it, and to meeting up with some new and interesting people.

 Jackie

Getting excited...........not long to go... started to read the blurb, read reviews and look at peoples pictures should be amazing...dont know what the drought in Africa has done to Migration timing. See you all soon  from Duncs and Katie (My daughter) who never turns down a free holiday!

Raffles

Hi all, just saying a quick hello to you all (well the ones that are on here, for those who are not then I suppose it will be hello on the day)

I (Matt) and my travelling fiend (Sara) who is on her second Exodus trip (she did India last year) are looking forward to meeting you all.

I have alredy bought my nice new sleeping bag for the trip, got it from Tesco's at half price, only after getting home with it I noticed it was called a Zebra Bag.....! Do Lions eat Zebra's?

Matt & Sara

Raffles

Just as a footnote, the Zebra bag also has a Zebra pattern to it......gulp......!

 Matt

Hi Matt & Sara

Lions do eat Zebra, but I'd be more worried about being caught by an amorous male zebra, that could make your eys water :)

Is everyone on the forum on the group flight ?

Dave & Carol

Raffles

Hi Dave & Carol,

Hadn't thought about amorous male zebra, being eaten by lions now sounds good...!

To answer your question about group flight, we are on the flight, I believe we were the last if not we were not far off being the last to get seats, so one would imagine we will meet somewhere in LHW departure lounge....all the ones looking like Indiana Jones...!

 Matt

Hi All,

Just a few days to go, I think we've finally decided what to stick in our bags. Looking forward to meeting everybody. If anyone else is in to photography, I found this link that may be useful, it also gives good advice on what to expect on the trek up the mountain
