Finnish Wilderness week - clobber tips!

Just getting excited and thinking about packing for my soon to come chilly holiday. Anyone able to advise on suitable evening wear at Oulunka? Jeans, jumpers and approach shoes appropriate for evening lounging (after of course coming in from wrapped up northern light spotting...fingers very crossed!)? Stocked up on thermals, wooly socks and buffs...any other recommendations tips from former trips???

Thank you in advance for any info :o)

They supply everything you need Sarah. Starting with socks gloves and hats if you need them they move outward with thermal layer, waterproof layer, extra warm layer if you need it.

As you do each activity you are supplied with equipment eg cross country skiis and shoes and poles which you then keep for the rest of the trip. Sleeping bags for quinzee night etc and extra layers if you find you need them

Accommodation is in separate building from main so need to wrap up to go to and fro.

Take your swimsuit for the hot tub, amazing experience which we used every evening.

Opportunity to purchase 2nd hand equipment if you want to acquire anything. Also opportunity to purchase reindeer skins from sami if you have space in your luggage. Evening wear very casual, only downside to trip was wooden seats in louge with no cushions. Food great
