Hello,

Im Graham and will be joining you on this trip with my girlfirend and her parents. I wont have to travel as far a place from Malta yet il be arriving from the Lake District, you will be exhausted! I would be happy to share some experience, i have been priveleged to have been on an exodus trip already to Machu Picchu so I can tell you with a high degree of enthusiasm that there was not one ounce of hassle the whole 16 days. It was unbelievably efficient considering I had my doubts about the time spent at each particular destination yet i had such a memorable time there that I will never forget. It was fantastic, the exodus sherpas, leaders, hosts and others were all really nice people and made the experience much more worthwhile. ANyways I could ramble on about that for a few emails more, China I'm certain will meet expectations and am also looking forward to it. Only another 7 people to meet :D. Have you been on guided adventures before, or perhaps stuck to your independance.

Hi Graham, thanks for your contact & information given. I dont have a very long flight from Malta to the UK its only 3 hours. I will be arriving on Thursday 9th September in the UK staying at my twin sister's place in East Sussex, then they will be getting me to Heathrow Airport. Just another 7 weeks to go I am very excited about this trip to China. I used to travel with my fiance alone & loved it. Before that I did a few group tours leaving from Malta, but this time round wanted to try a foreign travel company. I was pleased to read that the amximum number is just 16 so that gives the tour leaders more quality time too. I started all my jabs only another 2 to go. I will be taking the weekly anti malaria tablets & bought a repellant that has the ingredient deet in it. I read all the trip notes so I am quite updated to what a traveller requires on this trip. Apparently this week there were floods on the river Yangtze but supposedly the weather is dry & warm in September & October. I look forward to hearing from you again
