AIQ Mountains and Hill Stations

Hi All,

Anyone else on this trip departing 10 October? I'm really looking forward to it. I've done a couple of India trips before but this one i feel is going to be very special.

I would love to hear from anyone else booked on this trip .

We are the Ashmore family, Keith, Jacqui and India - our daughter, we have had two trips to India with Exodus, both brilliant and we are very much looking forward to this trip, I have been to Dharamsala many years ago, it has a wonderful atmosphere.

Hi Keith, Jacqui and India. Nice to hear from you. Are you flying from LHR?

Hi Nicola,
nice to hear from you, yes we fly from Heathrow, we have booked our car into a car park for 2.30pm should we have any delays on the M25, so we may have some time to kill at Heathrow. we are coming from North Hertfordshire,

Where are you travelling from?
The Ashmores

Hi again The Ashmores. I'm travelling from Nottingham so will get the National Express bus down to LHR.
Got to start on the visa application soon. Apparently India is introducing electronic visa for UK nationals from 15 Aug but won't count any chickens on that until it actually happens! Otherwise I will do it by post.

Best wishes, Nicola.

Hi Nicola,

not long now, we are all getting excited, although not good news about the train de-railment near Shimla.
I've bought a book on northern India and a National Geographic travel map, so we've been swatting up.
Can't wait,

Keith, Jacqui and India (the Ashmores)

Hi Keith, Jacqui & India.
Yes, I'm very excited too and I'm also reading up plus the India season on BBC has been fascinating viewing including the series on Indian trains. Very tragic train derailment though on the Shimla line.

I've got my e visa and coach tickets to Heathrow. 14 people booked on this trip when I enquired last month. Looking forward to meeting everyone!
