essential China trip

I've just booked this trip would love to hear from anyone booked on it, as I'm going it alone!

Any useful tips from anyone whose been on this trip about suitable attire ect

Many thanks in advance

Hi val

I did this trip in October and had a great time. It's a very packed itinerary but very enjoyable. We had William as our guide and I couldn't fault him. He looked after the group very well and nothing was too much of a problem. When you get to yangshuo make sure you experience west street at night.
As for clothing depends what the weather is like. It gets windy when you walk the wall but it was sunny when we were there so wasn't too bad. Other than that you could probably get away with jeans or walking trousers and a hoody or waterproof depending on the chance of rain.
Hope you have a great time.
(If you do get William tell him I said Hi)

Hi Val
I'm also going it alone on the trip at the end of this month.
Bit scary as its my first serious adventure on a long haul flight.
Which one are you booked on?

Hi Steph,

Going on 23/3/16 not long now and the nerves are jangling a bit. Finding it difficult to decide what to take as weather can be changeable and different in Beijing and China.
Sure we'll be fine

Hi Steph & Val,

Good to 'meet' you. We'll be joining the group in Beijing - we've added a few days on to the beginning to explore a bit more.

See you in Beijing!

Paula (& Brian)

Looking forward to meeting you Paula and Brian. Think I'm arriving few hours earlier than some of the others who are booked on London flights as I'm coming from Manchester.
